Agnès Limbos - Gare Centrale Company
“What characterizes Object Theatre in 2016?” As an attempt to answer this question, Agnès Limbos suggests we keep an open eye (and hopefully a sharp one!) and invites the actors and puppeteers who gave this art-form its name and fame 30 years ago, as well as (relative) newcomers. On top of their latest creation, the company will perform a show designed for babies, evenings of shorter forms, lectures in festive and welcoming environments, and “guiding thread” performances within the different festival venues.

Renaud Herbin - TJP CDN d'Alsace Strasbourg
A former ESNAM student, puppeteer Renaud Herbin has for a long time been the co-director of the LàOù company. He has directed numerous visual and sound pieces, sometimes also acting in them, most of the time adaptations from novels or plays. Renaud Herbin has always enjoyed collaborations that challenge his art. Since 2012, he has been the head of TJP CDN d’Alsace-Strasbourg, where he develops the relationship between body, object and image by opening up the various manners of using objects and puppets, and involving choreography and visual arts.
